Refund policy

At HoneyMasters, we strive to provide you with the highest quality honey. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges:

  • No Returns: We do not accept returns or exchanges for perishable items, including honey, unless the product is damaged or defective upon receipt.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your honey arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with details of the damage or defect (including a photo if possible) so we can review the item.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please retain your receipt or order confirmation email as proof of purchase.
  • Contact Us: Before returning any product, please contact our customer service team at admin@honeymasters.com.au to obtain a return authorisation.
  • Packaging: The honey must be returned in its original, unopened packaging with the seal intact.
  • Refunds and Replacements: Approved returns will be processed accordingly, and you will receive a refund, store credit, or a replacement product based on our evaluation of the returned item.
